Win has to solve a case from the early 60's in Boston which is similar to a current murder of an older lady who lived in the neighborhood. Monique Lamont is convinced that this could be the first victim of the famous Boston Strangler and this could help her get media attention to advance her career.

People are scared that someone is using the method of the Boston Strangler to kill women today in the same bloody manner. Monique Lamont finds herself in a life-threatening situation where only Win can rescue her forcing Win's dark memories from the final chapter of At Risk to re-surface.

The suspect in the case has overlooked one detail which will help to save Lamont's and Garano's lives in the final showdown.
